Do you come to our business to create content?

Yes. We visit your business up to twice per week to capture fresh photo and video content. This allows us to keep your social media current and create content around what is actually happening in your business.

What access do you need to our social media accounts?

For Facebook and Instagram, we only require access through Meta Business Suite. You do not need to give us your personal Facebook password.

Can we request specific posts?

Absolutely. You can send requests through the client platform whenever there is something important you want promoted or mentioned.

Can we approve content before it is posted?

Yes. We can establish an approval process for content that requires review before publishing.

Do we have to provide our own photos or videos?

Not necessarily. Because we visit your business regularly, we can capture much of the content ourselves. You can also upload photos, videos, announcements, or other materials through the client platform whenever needed.

Are paid ads included?

Paid advertising and ad spend are not included in the standard monthly packages. Advertising campaigns can be discussed separately depending on your business goals.
